Supporting our international colleagues – not only before and during their arrival in the Czech Republic, but throughout their entire journey with us. Relocation support – you will explain the relocation process to candidates moving to the Czech Republic, help them with administrative requirements, and ensure a smooth transition to their new country. Administration and visa-related agenda – assisting with work and residence permit applications, communicating with authorities, and completing required documentation. Integration support – arranging accommodation, health insurance, medical examinations, and bank account setup. Managing employment-related changes – providing support with visa extensions, employer changes, or permanent residency applications. Collaboration with HR and external partners – maintaining regular cooperation with HR colleagues and external immigration law specialists. Who are we looking for? You have strong communication and organizational skills and can efficiently handle a variety of tasks. You are comfortable communicating in English (additional language skills are an advantage). You enjoy administrative work and working with documents. Experience with employing foreign nationals or working in HR is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will teach you everything you need to know! What do we offer?
