Job Description/Responsibilities: Onsite & Digital Event Execution Onsite Event Execution: Assist with onsite operations at trade shows, regional events, and meetups, including booth setup, vendor coordination, materials packing/shipping, and staff support. Digital Event Support: Help manage logistics for virtual events and webinars (setting up event links, tracking registrations, running backend support during live broadcasts). Lead Capture Setup: Prepare and assist with onsite lead-capture tools (badge scanners, digital forms, check-in apps) to ensure seamless attendee registration and data collection. Event Promotion & Social Media Outreach Pre-Event Promotion: Coordinate promotional campaigns to drive attendance, including drafting social media copy (LinkedIn, X), organizing email invite lists, and distributing promotional toolkits to attending sales reps. Social Media Amplification: Execute event-related social media posts—including live-tweeting/posting from events, capturing photos/videos on-site, and highlighting key speakers or sessions. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to event-related social tags, hashtags, and attendee engagement across corporate channels. Sales Alignment & Lead Operations​ Lead List Processing: Clean, format, and prepare attendee lists immediately following events for prompt CRM upload. Routing & CRM Assistance: Work within HubSpot to ensure event leads are correctly assigned and routed to the appropriate sales representatives. Sales Follow-Up Support: Work directly with sales reps and sales managers to monitor lead status, send reminder nudges, and ensure all leads receive proper and timely outreach. Reporting Assistance: Help gather event metrics, social engagement rates, lead volume, and follow-up data to track overall campaign performance and ROI. Required Experience/Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant technical/industry fields (such as Engineering, Energy, Manufacturing, or Data Analytics). Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing support, event coordination, social media management, or sales operations (preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology). Social & Digital Tools: Hands-on experience managing professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, X) and social scheduling management tools. CRM & Data Intelligence Tools: Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required; working knowledge or familiarity with ZoomInfo (or similar prospecting/data enrichment platforms) is a strong plus. Virtual Event Tech: Familiarity with virtual event and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars). Data Proficiency: Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (cleaning data, formatting lists, using basic formulas). Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20–30% to assist with onsite event execution. Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, creative copyediting skills, proactive attitude, and clear written communication. What Success Looks Like Flawless Support: Smooth execution, effective promotion, and seamless logistical support for assigned live and digital events. Increased Engagement: Measurable growth in pre-event registration and live social media engagement surrounding regional events and trade shows. Data Accuracy & Speed: Cleaning, enriching, and passing off event lead lists to the sales team within 24–48 hours post-event. Timely Follow-Up & Accountability: Active alignment with sales reps to ensure 100% of event leads receive prompt follow-up, keeping pipeline opportunities moving forward without falling through the cracks. Insightful Performance Reporting: Delivery of clear, timely post-event reporting that tracks key success metrics—including lead volume, engagement rates, pipeline influence, and overall event ROI Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
