Job description

At Roche you can show up as yourself, embraced for the unique qualities you bring. Our culture encourages personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections, where you are valued, accepted and respected for who you are, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally. This is how we aim to prevent, stop and cure diseases and ensure everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come. Join Roche, where every voice matters. The PositionThe Solutions Owner for Commercial Analytics is responsible for the design and integrity of the UK's commercial analytics products. Your focus is the last mile of data: the dashboards, performance suites and visualisation tools built on top of the data lake. You ensure Marketers, Medical Affairs and Field teams have high-performance products to answer their commercial questions. You do not manage the underlying data lake or the refinement of raw data, which sits with a separate Data team. Instead, you act as the primary UK contact for centrally governed enterprise analytics products, driving adoption and effective use of global offerings rather than building bespoke solutions, and defining what the UK needs surfaced so those products work perfectly. The Opportunity: Your focus is the interface between data and decision-making, making the commercial truth easy for people to see. You serve as the primary UK expert for global analytics offerings, advising on optimal deployment for specific business needs. You drive adoption of global analytics and customer-insight tools, fostering a data-driven mindset across functions. You influence the development of global solutions so they are optimised for the UK market. You collaborate with Data Engineering to define requirements for data ingestion and refinement. You establish technical guardrails for data privacy, consent tracking and KPI definitions, ensuring a single version of the truth. You advise Marketing, Medical Affairs and Field teams on the right enterprise tools, discouraging fragmented reporting. You upskill teams on data interpretation, fostering self-service and data literacy. Who you are: You bring deep, hands-on experience in the backend of enterprise business-intelligence platforms. You can build complex visualisations and manage dashboard logic. You work with data engineers to define requirements for schemas and interfaces, understanding how data surfaces into a tool. You design dashboards that are technically accurate and genuinely intuitive for non-technical users. You are happy to be strategic and ready to be tactical when the business needs it. Preferred: Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or similar commercial analytics suites. Experience advocating local analytics needs within a global organisation. Working knowledge of SQL and application programming interfaces for data integration. Apply now and turn data into better outcomes for more patients. Help us make every commercial decision a smarter one. Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
