This position reports to: Service Team Leader __ Your role and responsibilities The work model for the role is: {onsite} You will be mainly accountable for:Perform site service activities which shall include but not limited to site service trouble shooting, hot & cold testing & commissioning, warranty cases and maintenance services (preventive and normal). Site service report: On time provide good quality site service report upon completion of each job. Build up strong relationships with customers and achieve customer satisfaction Training: Be part of instructor / trainer team to train others and share experiences. Sales Support: Site service engineers is our key interface with customers and expect him/her to demonstrate good image and professional advice to customers on its needs and feedback to our Service Sales. Aggressively implement and support additional responsibilities as required by Management. Qualifications for the role ​Education: Bachelor’s degree or above Major: In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ working experience in power system equipment maintenance and commissioning Language: English CET-4 or above Personality: Self-motivation, can travel frequently High responsibility and can take the extra duty; good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently under high pressure, proactive, open-minded and self-motivated, adapt to travelling frequently; Willing to accept the challenge and self-learning; Team working, and willing to share the experience; Good communicator skill - Mandarin & English Able to work independently and under pressure; Willingness to travel and work on-need basis.
