Job Description‌ Key responsibilities核心职责‌： ‌1. 体系搭建与战略规划‌ ‌能力诊断与模型构建：‌ 深入诊断业务商业销售核心能力差距，搭建销售培训及辅导体系。 ‌工具与方法论设计：‌ 设计并推广销售及辅导运用工具、考评机制及绩效评估体系，确保培训成果可量化、可落地。 ‌战略对齐：‌ 深刻理解临床营销与销售的战略意义，推动各商业团队对战略的理解、实践与精进。 ‌2. 课程开发与运营交付‌ ‌定制化课程设计：‌ 根据业务发展、市场推广、人才发展及文化建设需求，设计专项实践课程或项目。 ‌高质量交付实施：‌ 负责课程的运营交付，确保培训内容不仅提出关键问题，更能提供恰当解答，直接赋能业务。 ‌3. 跨部门协作与资源整合‌ ‌需求洞察：‌ 与销售、市场及管理层保持高效沟通，精准识别组织能力短板。 ‌协同作战：‌ 联动各协作方，共同设计并实施学习解决方案，确保商业培训相关举措与业务目标紧密结合。 ‌4. 项目管理与效能优化‌ 统筹多个商业培训项目，确保按时、按预算、高质量交付。 Qualifications任职资格‌： ‌统招本科及以上学历，医学、药学、公共卫生等相关专业优先。 拥有15年以上医疗行业工作经验，深耕销售或市场领域；非相关专业者，需在医疗器械或制药领域拥有10年以上销售或市场工作经验，并具备临床销售及服务背景。 ‌拥有‌5年以上‌专职培训经验，以及‌3年以上‌带人经理经验，具备从0到1搭建培训体系的经验，能够根据业务痛点设计并交付针对性课程。 卓越的跨部门沟通能力，能倾听业务声音，组织多方协作，推动学习方案落地。 善于运用分析报告、绩效及行为指标进行培训需求分析，制定可落地的改进方案。 具备医疗行业市场洞见，能将学习发展举措转化为直接的业务成果。 能独立交付通识类课程，持有通识课程认证资格。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
