Job Description: 1.Performs failure analysis on electrical rejects to determine failure mechanisms generated by the routine reliability monitors, final test and customer returns. 2.Generates FA reports for Customer reference and issues CAPA for process and product improvement. 3.Support test yield and reliability issues and evaluations on process changes ad they impact or effect product performance. 4.Works with reliability engineering and new product development on qualification of new devices, process changes and raw materials. 5.Interfaces with QA, process and Test / Product Engineering to solve process –relate problems that effect the product quality and reliability and recommends corresponding corrective action. 6.Improves failure analysis functions and develops new failure analysis techniques Provides failure analysis laboratory operations support like: conducting minor repairs, preventive maintenance. 7.Forecasts on the purchase of supplies/consumables and equipment. Training laboratory analysts (engineer, technician, operator) on FA equipments and techniques. Ensures strict compliance to TS16949, QS9000, ISO14000 and ISO18001 or IATF16949 requirements. Develop new analysis techniques and document. 8.Provide training to technicians and engineers. 9.Manage and review FA reports. Verifies reject samples and performs analysis according to written procedure or requisition. 10.Summarizes the results and distribute to concerned departments or subcontractors. 11.Performs failure analysis for qualified lots new products / processes / package / low yield / QC reject which related to Die level. 12.Modifies or selects new testing equipment or techniques. 13.Work in cross function teams to support plant wide projects. Self-monitors ensure compliance to the documented procedures. 14.Performs related to work as be required. 15.Manage workload for die level FA analysis. Advise technicians and engineers in order to support the analysis. Requirements/Qualifications: 1.BS or BE in Electrical, Electronics, Physics or related field. 2.At least Seven years. Experience in Failure analysis. 3.Good command of English. 4.Can operate a personal computer, knows spreadsheet software. 5.Ability to learn dies level F/A techniques. 6.Strong ability to interface with other operating group. 7.Ability to influence operations to take root causes C/A.
