Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Must have skills : SAP CO Management Accounting Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new technologies and process improvements. The role includes close collaboration with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements and use cases. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to ensure that the solutions developed effectively address the operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process models to support strategic initiatives. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey process designs and collaborate with diverse teams. - Experience in documenting detailed business process workflows and functional requirements. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
