This position reports to: Sales Support Manager (부장) __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Energy Industries Division, Automation Business Area in Seoul, South Korea. Main stakeholders include internal stakeholders and external customers within the Power & Water Industry. You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives. Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization. Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization Qualifications for the role Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Support Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with proposal management, cost estimation, and tendering tools Proven experience in cost estimation, preferably within automation systems Experience with automation systems such as DCS, PLC, or related control systems is preferred Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering is preferred Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy in numerical analysis Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written) and native-level in Korean fluency.
