The Role: The Digital Media Buying Senior Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital media strategies align with our overall marketing goals and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Preparing performance marketing campaigns with a particular focus on Social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and Google Ads. Monitoring campaign results and continuously optimizing them according to established KPIs (like CPM, Reach, CTR, VTR etc.). Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations regarding ongoing campaigns. Managing the media budget. Leading projects related to digital media campaigns and web analytics, including the implementation of new tools supporting both areas. Collaborating with multifunctional teams of Marketing Technologists, Digital Strategist, Planning Managers, ecommerce teams and brand teams. Preparation of test agendas, implementing innovations aimed at improving campaign performance. Job Qualifications Requirements: Previous experience working as a performance/digital media buyer specialist, preferably in Paid Social or Google environment. Familiarity with the specifics, tools, and metrics of Meta/TikTok/Google Ads campaigns. Practical experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and/or other web analytics tools will be a nice addition. Possess analytical thinking skills and the ability to work with numbers. Being creative in recommending solutions, independent, and responsible. Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel.
