The Planning and Scheduling department ensures predictable EPC project delivery by converting complex scope into a controlled execution roadmap. Planning defines what work must be done and how to sequence it, while scheduling determines and monitors the tasks by assigning dates, durations, and resources ie. both the vision and actions towards project delivery. The department shall provide the necessary services to safeguard the critical path and mitigate delay risks from proposal, FID, execution through FIP. We are seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will create, track, and manage project schedules from the proposal stage through execution. You will work closely with different departments to keep projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly. The Planning & Scheduling Engineer, serves as the foundational architect of the project’s "source of truth." At this level, the strategic focus is on Operative Effectiveness—ensuring that the baseline schedule is technically robust and transparent. Proposal Phase: Build baseline project timelines for bidding and estimate required planning hours. Schedule Development: Create detailed master schedules using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Set up progress baselines, S-curves, and resource plans. Execution & Coordination: Track project progress across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction teams. Performance Control: Update schedules regularly, track key milestones, monitor critical paths, and report on performance KPIs. Risk & Problem Solving: Identify delays early and work with team leads to find effective solutions. Are you a MATCH? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, or Oil & Gas, including hands-on experience in planning and scheduling. Proficiency in planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and progress tracking tools. Experience with SAP is a plus. Good grasp of project execution, manufacturing, procurement, or shop-floor operations. Great communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
