Job description

Responsibilities: Manage the order-to-cash process in SAP, including order entry, invoicing, shipping documentation, returns, credit notes, and customer master data maintenance. Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to orders, deliveries, shipments, receivables, claims, and returns. Ensure orders are delivered on time, with accurate pricing, delivery instructions, and service levels, while proactively resolving issues and customer complaints. Coordinate daily activities with logistics providers, warehouses, transport companies, demand planning, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain customer, pricing, and EDI master data, including promotional pricing, discounts, and commercial conditions. Monitor service levels, delivery performance, and daily sales turnover, providing analysis and recommendations to support continuous improvement. Support Sales and Marketing teams by coordinating promotions, managing product samples and marketing materials, and providing information on order status and business performance. Prepare reports and analyses to support business decisions, while ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in all customer service operations. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or similar roles Secondary school diploma, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Good understanding of commercial dynamics, pricing structures, and sales processes. Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, preferably SAP. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and provide reliable support to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage information accurately, prioritize tasks, and communicate in a constructive and proactive manner.
