Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities maintain relationships with key customers participate in annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions execute an annual customer plan in order to develop the potential of the categories (based on international core range and NPD) present & list of new products in the assortment matrix of customers develop, coordinate and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers Additional Responsibilities execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investments forecast sales volumes on monthly basis Interactions (internal & external) Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Field Salesforce Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies International Key Account Managers, sales and brand group responsible Qualifications: Professional Experience and Education university degree 2-3 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience Specific Knowlegde good knowledge & understanding of KA, customers & competitors good understanding of client P&L and ways to activate good understanding key financial figures Specific Skills good communications skills analytical thinking good negotiation skills ability to work in teams and individually ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
