This position reports to: Head of Quality & OpEx Management __ Your Role & Responsibilities In this newly created role as a Business & Data Analytics Project Specialist you will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, helping our organization turn complex business questions into structured, meaningful solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, understand what they need, review existing approaches and help define the right priorities, KPIs and reporting solutions. You will have a high level of ownership and visibility, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts to shape and manage projects from the initial idea through to implementation. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, structure requests and translate them into clear priorities, KPIs and actionable requirements. Analyze existing organizational and reporting structures, identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions together with the business. Manage projects from initial concept through implementation, including defining objectives, milestones, governance and measures of success. Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders across the organization, bringing together business understanding, analytical thinking and a structured approach to decision-making. What it takes to Run what runs the world You have 2–5 years of professional experience in business analytics, project management, consulting, controlling, data-driven business functions or a similar field. You have completed studies in related discipline such as Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems; equivalent practical experience is also welcome. You enjoy working with people and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management. You combine analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and can turn complex or ambiguous questions into structured approaches and clear priorities. You are resourceful and curious, with the willingness to listen, ask questions, learn the business and improve existing ways of working. Experience with Power BI, SAP or other reporting and data tools; potentially experience with platforms such as Snowflake or Salesforce. The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3,888.53 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025.
