M2 Sourcing Manager The M2 Sourcing Manager will help lead sourcing strategy and execution for Data Center hiring, with a focus on building strong, scalable candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles. This leader will manage a team of sourcers, partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders, and use market insights to anticipate hiring needs, remove barriers, and improve speed to hire. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of sourcing professionals. Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical Data Center talent needs. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, events, and market mapping. Partner with recruiters and business leaders on workforce plans, hiring priorities, and candidate-market insights. Track sourcing performance and adjust strategies to improve pipeline quality, conversion, and hiring velocity. Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
