Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Incentives Business Specialist As an Incentives Business Specialist, you will support the Incentive Dealer Program through program entry, quality control, system support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and business analysis. This work at home role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable recommendations that improve program performance, enhance client outcomes, and support business decisions. This position includes 20% travel to a local office. Enter monthly program incentives through the Fusion system with a high level of accuracy Conduct quality control checks within the Fusion system to ensure incentive data is error-free Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve program-related concerns as needed Respond promptly to requests for dealer and customer research Analyze program reporting trends at the national, regional, district, and dealer levels to identify insights and performance patterns Provide Marketing Consultants with analysis on the impact of various programs across the client base Develop detailed queries and query routines using existing database tools to support reporting objectives Create a systematic approach for running queries and delivering recurring recommendations to Sales, Operations, and other internal teams Make recommendations to Sales, Operations, and account teams on process improvements, internal enhancements, and client-centric program improvements Recommend ways for clients to better use program tools to drive stronger performance Support analysis related to program finances and help identify opportunities to improve cost effectiveness Recommend the use and implementation of business intelligence query tools Perform additional duties as assigned Your qualifications We embrace our gamechangers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university Bring strong attention to detail and can successfully manage multiple projects at once Data Analysis & Modeling: Expert in utilizing complex Microsoft Excel functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and power formulas to transform raw, unstructured operational data into actionable business intelligence. Performance Reporting & Metrics Tracking: Proven ability to design, automate, and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards and operational reports to monitor KPI trends, track agent productivity, and evaluate program efficiency. Data Integrity & Error Resolution: Highly adept at troubleshooting calculation errors, auditing large datasets, establishing rigorous data validation standards, and ensuring 100% data accuracy across cross-functional reports. Process Automation & Workflow Optimization: Skilled in leveraging tools like Power Query and advanced Excel data models to streamline manual reporting workflows, dramatically reducing turnaround time for recurring business reviews. Are comfortable communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders across the organization Are skilled at problem-solving, troubleshooting, and supporting system-related processes Thrive in a self-directed work-at-home environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams It will be a plus if you: Have experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 business intelligence or analytics application Have experience delivering research-driven analysis related to marketing activity Have familiarity with MS SQL Server and SAP Business Objects Have experience in the automotive industry Have prior experience supporting incentive programs, reporting operations, or dealer-focused business processes What's in it for you We challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
