Inside Sales / BDR Representative (EMEA, AMRS & APAC) Corporate Title: Associate About the role Pico are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our enterprise business across the global financial markets ecosystem within EMEA, AMRS & APAC This role focuses on lead generation and pipeline development across both existing strategic accounts and new logo prospects, including banks, hedge funds, market makers, exchanges, and trading technology firms. Working closely with Senior Sales Leaders and Marketing, the BDR will identify new opportunities, build stakeholder intelligence across target organisations, and generate qualified leads for the enterprise sales team. Responsibilities and Duties: - Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities Execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and generate meetings Act as the primary point of contact for all client requests, administrative, technical matters and new business inquiries Support marketing led campaigns and events, including the following up on leads from industry events and conferences Develop a deep understanding of Pico’s services and Products to effectively communicate value propositions to potential new customers Identify decision-makers and technical stakeholders across trading, infrastructure, engineering, and market data teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align on messaging and coordinate follow-ups Schedule meetings for the Sales Team and assist in moving deals through early stages of the Sales cycle Provide feedback to the wider Sales Team on market trends, prospect pain points and competitor intelligence Education, Skills, and background: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales, business development, or lead generation role, preferably in FinTech, technology or infrastructure related field Previous experience selling into financial services or enterprise IT environments Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills critical Prior experience with CRM / marketing platforms such as e.g. Salesloft / Salesforce / Hubspot/LinkedIn Self-starter, team player, energetic, enthusiastic and organized Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) would be an advantage What we Offer: - The opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, high-growth company at the heart of capital markets technology A structured pathway toward a Junior Sales Executive role Exposure to global clients, complex trading environments, and leading financial technologies Collaborative and supportive team environment Competitive compensation and benefits package We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate genuine curiosity about financial markets, electronic trading, and the technology infrastructure that underpins modern trading environments.
