Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. Hands-on laboratory experience obtained through academic research, internships, or industry experience. Basic understanding of protein, or antibody, or conjugation technology and biochemical laboratory techniques. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
