The successful candidate will lead a technical team across multiple sites, overseeing system breakdown, requirements engineering, testing, and planning while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Reporting to the Chief Engineer and line management, this role requires strong decision-making, self-organization, and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on the defense or automotive industry Proven expertise in system breakdown, requirements engineering, and testing Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe would be beneficial Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic Ability to motivate and inspire team members Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices Why Join Us?
