Every day more than 1000 people from 42 different nationalities are working on supply chain processes, manufacturing, marketing, and sales of our medicines and clinical research into new medicines. Live What you will do Being part of the GDH EMEA Reverse Logistics & Operations team, you will be a key player in delivering compliant performance on distribution activities, such as Distribution Complaints, Returns and Trace & Trace by handling and ensuring agreed KPI’s are delivered as per requirements. As the Sr Associate Supply Chain, you are also responsible for driving continuous Improvement initiatives and delivering on productivity targets. Are you ready for this new challenge? Let’s do this! In this vital role, you will: Perform reliable and efficient execution of day-to-day Reverse Logistics & Operations processes across EMEA, including Returns, Distribution Complaints, Track & Trace. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned operational processes and support audit readiness, inspections, and business continuity initiatives. Own or support controlled document maintenance, process documentation, training materials, and quality system records. Train staff and develop training material. Represent the team in cross-functional project teams and present performance of related Key Performance Indicators. Own, investigate, and close distribution complaints at the required first-time right level. Coordinate, handle, and resolve service and transport issues in collaboration with Third Party Logistics Providers and internal stakeholders. The Sr Associate Supply Chain professional we seek is a collaborative effective communicator with these qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or related area. Previous experience in a similar position in a highly regulated industry. Experience working with external parties and improving processes. Good understanding of Good Distribution Practices, Standard documentation governance and technical writing skills. Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication. Result-focused and proven ability to deliver results. Accurate and paying attention to detail. Problem solver with a high sense of responsibility. Oversee processes beyond own department. Experience in working in an international environment, ability to liaise/communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and different cultures.
