Opportunities Available As a Customer Success Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the customer journey across digital education, customer success, and solutions architecture. You will help create and enhance customer-facing training resources—including computer-based learning, instructor-led materials, tip sheets, and checklists—that make it easier for customers to adopt and use our solutions effectively. Partner with Customer Success Managers to support customer adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and long-term success. Help develop customer success plans, organize best practices, track follow-up actions, and prepare materials for customer conversations. Collaborate with customer stakeholders and cross-functional partners to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve clinical and operational outcomes. Support the creation and improvement of digital training resources that help customers confidently use our products and solutions. Learn how Solutions Architects scope SmartHospital implementations by helping gather requirements and organize information for Statements of Work. Assist with implementation estimates, documentation, and internal coordination to ensure project expectations, responsibilities, and work efforts are clearly defined. Contribute to process improvements that strengthen the customer experience, support deal velocity, and enable high-quality implementations. $20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location What You Need Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
