Responsibilities: Performs supplier invoice/credit memo receipt, capturing and processing, using the system landscape in use;​ Performs payment of invoices and other payment requests, in accordance to the due date or as communicated by the requestors​ Handles suppliers queries and disputes in timely manner;​ Performs processing and payment of the travel expenses to the concerned employee(s) in accordance with LSO;​ Performs monthly closing activities as per scope;​ Responsible to document all corresponding Internal Controls and follow all Compliance rules as per Internal Controls Matrix and CPP/ LPP;​ Supports local team in internal and external financial audits;​ Acts as back-up for colleagues who are on leave, as per the internal regulations;​ Prepares the training documentation for the AP process (systems, processing rules, exceptions, etc.); updating it with the new information received from the supervisors/direct manager;​ Learns new processes, when asked by the team leader or if the current activity is requiring it, in accordance with preparation and experience;​ Assures ad hoc support for projects, initiatives;​ Acts as consultant for other team members and is the first go-to person for operational queries.; Shows ability to manage own time schedule so to meet the established deadlines​; Proactively identifies any issues or risks and informs Team Lead, as well as suggests solutions; Identifies improvement opportunities and works towards standardization and harmonization of processes. Qualifications: Bachelor degree and/ or experience in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field would be an advantage (min. 1 year experience); Mandatory English for business use; Fact-driven and strong analytical skills, detailed oriented to identify accuracy; Experience with MS Office (including Excel at a mid-level); Previous experience with ERP is a must (SAP S4, MS Dynamics NAV, SAP BYD, AS400); Previous experience in AP/AR processes is mandatory; Identifies improvement opportunities and works towards standardization and harmonization of processes; Very good communication skills; Ability to perform end-to-end process independently and ask for support when required; Ability to proactively identify any issue or risk and suggest solution; Ability to adjust to new situations and prioritize accordingly; Proactive implementation of sustainable change. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
