Responsibilities: Application Design and Development: Lead the development of advanced applications, writing efficient, maintainable code to support complex business requirements and process automation initiatives Collaboration and Requirement Analysis: Work closely with project teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand requirements, qualify specifications, and translate them into effective application solutions Testing, Debugging, and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure applications function as expected, meeting quality and performance standards Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain detailed documentation of application architecture, code, and design changes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing applications based on user feedback and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience. Mentorship and Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship to junior developers, supporting their growth and ensuring coding standards and best practices are upheld Code Review and Quality Control: Lead code reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code reliability and maintainability Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with a focus on complex projects and automation Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to the organization’s tech stack Strong understanding of software development methodologies Experience with code versioning, deployment practices, and quality assurance processes Must-Have Technical Skills- Programming & Frameworks, Front-End Development, Cross-Platform / Mobile Application Development, Database: Microsoft SQL Server, Software Engineering, Source Control & DevOps, Cloud English-Fluent ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
