Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Trigger purchase orders for info records stored in the system; Verify and enter order confirmations (quantities and delivery date), making sure a of 90% accuracy in SAP; Verify the invoices (quantity variance) and release them if necessary; Tracking the deliveries (dunning if necessary), tracking of overdue deliveries; Ensure compliance with OTD and a low stock level; Execution of the intercompany order including deposit of the info record; Forwarding and tracking of Q-notifications internally with quality assurance and externally to the supplier; Ensuring the completion/fulfillment of Prio Liste requested materials in due time for production planning; Assure timely response and resolution for the WE list items. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in economics/business administration and/ or at least 2-3 years of experience in the procurement of external direct materials is mandatory; Fluent in English and German; Fact-driven and strong technical and procurement understanding, detailed oriented attitude to problem solving and identify solutions; Hand-on experience in SAP S4 (MM), or different ERP system; Experience with MS Office tools. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
