Job DescriptionKey responsibilities核心职责‌： 1.商业培训业务运营支持 •项目执行：负责学习项目的沟通组织，落地实施及线上/线下培训的现场运营管理； •培训落地：负责场地布置、设备调试及物料准备，确保现场执行无误； •费用支持：协助处理培训预算、费用统计、票据整理及报销事宜； •评估总结：组织设计满意度调查，回收问卷，完成基础数据整理并提供总结。 2. 商业培训相关信息库管理 •数据管理：负责培训计划、记录及相关文档的维护，确保数据的准确性与完整性； •培训相关人才基础信息、人员能力评估、人才匹配相关资料； •维护培训供应商信息，管理产品培训相关资料、报价与费用金额信息。 ‌3. 其他行政支持 •‌负责PO采购流程操作与权限维护，外部供应商沟通，确保交付； •承担团队日常行政支持，落实主管交办的其他培训运营相关工作。 Qualifications任职资格‌： •本科及以上学历，5年以上培训运营、项目协调相关工作经验；具备培训业务理解基础优先。 •优秀跨部门沟通协调能力，能够对接多方业务团队推进事项落地。 •高度的保密意识，能够妥善处理人员评估、人才发展、供应商费用等各类敏感信息。 •熟悉企业采购PO流程，有系统流程操作经验；熟练使用Office办公软件。 •严谨细致，有较强统筹梳理能力，能够同时处理多项并行事务。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
