Within our Parts & Services Division (part of Business Area Mining), our mission is to keep our equipment running at its full potential. We are responsible for the aftermarket business worldwide, developing tailored offerings and services to support our customers throughout the equipment lifecycle and deliver competitive and consistent service for Sandvik equipment. Our customer base ranges from large multinational mining and infrastructure companies and contractors to small and medium-sized enterprises, all of whom rely on our equipment. We are now offering an exciting opportunity within the Parts & Services for a passionate, self-driven and dynamic Operational Readiness Manager to join our Service Operations team. This position is full-time, permanent and located at Tampere (Myllypuro), Finland. The role reports to Asset Lifecycle Support Manager for Parts & Services. The Operational Readiness Manager will be responsible for setting the standard and facilitating the successful Entry-Into-Service of Sandvik equipment with the customer, managing expectation and consistent delivery globally. Your main responsibilities Set the strategic direction to drive operations service excellence for operational readiness globally Develop and implement the operational readiness philosophy Follow operational readiness business case deviations, escalating issues and establish operational readiness governance Interact closely with key stakeholders: within service operation, commercial, engineering, sourcing, suppliers, logistics, and other divisions Your success factor Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and conflict management skills to manage a diverse group of stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and successful internal and external stakeholder relationships High level of analytical and reporting skills with attention to details Several years’ experience in international business management consulting Your core values Enthusiastic and persistent personality with can-do mentality Autonomous and organized with good time management skills High safety and quality awareness What is in it for you?
