We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities.Visit us at www.accenture.com What would you do? • The Associate Manager THR supports end-to-end delivery of Talent & HR services for assigned client accounts, ensuring day-to-day operational stability, SLA adherence, and high-quality service delivery across in-scope THR towers (Employee Services, Payroll admin,Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, Data & Reporting, and enabling HR operations). • The role works under the guidance of a Service Delivery Manager or Senior Manager and is accountable for managing defined process areas, teams, and client interactions within a global delivery model. • Skills Required • HR or THR operations and service delivery management • SLA or KPI tracking and operational governance • Team supervision and performance management • Client interaction and issue management • Key accountability includes managing daily operations, monitoring performance, handling escalations, supporting service governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. • Additional Requirement - Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time What are we looking for? • Success factor experience • High • MS Office • Advanced (Excel, PowerPoint, Word - operational and management reporting) • Email Writing Skills • Very Good - clear, structured, and professional communication • Application Knowledge • HR Case Management tools (example Salesforce & ServiceNow case mgm ticketing system), HCM platforms (SuccessFactors EC & Recruiting modules), Reporting & Analytics tools Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day delivery for assigned THR processes or towers, ensuring adherence to SOW, SLAs, OLAs, and operational commitments. • Support client-facing service delivery activities including operational reviews, performance discussions, and issue resolution. • Lead and supervise delivery teams (team leads, SMEs, analysts), including work allocation, productivity tracking, and quality management. • Monitor SLA or KPI performance, prepare operational dashboards, and support weekly or monthly service governance reporting. • Identify, track, and resolve operational issues and escalations; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as process standardization, documentation, automation support, and productivity improvements. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, statutory, and client-specific requirements for assigned processes and geographies. • Coordinate with transition, transformation, automation, and technology teams (example Salesforce, SuccessFactors) to support stable delivery and enhancements. • Support basic financial tracking including effort management, productivity reporting, and input to forecasting. • Contribute ideas and insights to improve service quality, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
