This position reports to: HR Business Partner __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power HR team in China. You will be mainly accountable for: 协助并参与业务单元招聘配置和人才培训发展项目，包括但不限于优化招聘渠道和内部流程，提升人才招聘效率和雇主吸引力，落实培训计划并结合新生代特点优化培训形式与体验； 利用AI工具整理人力资源数据并输出分析，挖掘改善机会并提出有创造性的优化方案； 策划年轻化员工关怀、企业文化活动，提升团队凝聚力和员工敬业度； 深度参与校企合作，雇主品牌打造、新生代员工管理、数字化HR落地等专项项目，独立承担细分工作。 Qualifications for the role本科及以上学历，热爱人力资源工作，有长期深耕规划；学习力、执行力及抗压性强，做事细致负责，性格开朗，能接受外企工作节奏； 思维灵活不固化，有创新意识和主动思考能力，敢于突破传统工作模式；沟通顺畅、逻辑清晰、有同理心；熟练使用Office，会海报制作、简单视频剪辑； 具备优秀的中英文沟通能力，能在跨部门、跨文化环境中高效协作； 有HR实习、活动策划、社团运营、新媒体运营或数据分析等相关经验，熟悉制造业HR模式者优先。​ More about us ABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
