This role will bridge the gap between technical project requirements and operational execution, driving system and process improvements across logistics, tax, customs, and compliance to ensure seamless multi-functional collaboration and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with business partners to identify long-term opportunities for automation and digital transformation, transitioning from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, scalable architectural solutions. System Enablement: Lead multi-functional programs to design and deploy scalable, integrated systems that improve performance, data accuracy, and alignment with overarching strategic goals. Strategic Intake Management: Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to manage the intake process for Component Business Model (CBM) projects, ensuring strict alignment with multiple strategic roadmaps. Documentation & Process Improvement: Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that clearly define project scope and technical specifications. Develop and maintain standardized Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency. Project Governance & UAT: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for critical projects, ensuring rigorous validation across Logistics, Tax, Customs, and Global Trade Management (GTM/GTMD) systems to maintain data integrity. Operational Problem Solving: Serve as the main point of contact for resolving complex operational issues related to logistics, tax, and customs, performing root-cause analysis to implement sustainable, long-term solutions. Supply Chain Optimization: Partner with Cisco Global Logistics & Trade Compliance teams to evaluate shipping methods and carrier performance, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels. Executive Communication: Synthesize complex operational data into high-impact presentations for executive leadership, providing clear visibility into project health, process maturity, and strategic performance metrics. AI Roadmap: Work with business leaders and our Data & Analytics team to build and deploy an AI capabilities to accelerate analysis, decision making, and automate tasks. Required Skills Professional Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field within a global technology or manufacturing environment. Experience in Semiconductor industry his highly preferred Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience working with Logistics, Tax, and Customs regulations and processes. Familiarity with Global Trade Management (GTM) Technical Writing: Experience translating complex business needs into precise technical requirements (BRDs) and actionable operational procedures (SOPs). Preferred Skills Analytical Rigor: Strong data analysis capabilities with a proven track record of identifying trends, fixing bottlenecks, and making data-backed recommendations. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment, with a rigorous focus on deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment. Application Experience: Hands on experience enabling supply chain network nodes, VMI, and trade compliance capabilities in an ERP application. Oracle Fusion experience is preferred. #SiOps Why Cisco? Message to applicants applying to work in the U.S. and/or Canada: The starting salary range posted for this position is $148,500.00 to $193,300.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below.
