This position is essential for managing the order processing lifecycle in SAP, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and facilitating timely resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction. What you´ll do Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams
