How you will make an impactAs Human Resources Director, you will be a strategic partner to business and functional leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen organizational performance. Working closely with global leadership, you’ll turn strategy into action—building organizational capabilities, developing innovative HR solutions, leading change, and helping us attract, develop, engage and retain outstanding talent. What you will contributeStrategic Talent Leadership Partner with leaders to develop HR and talent strategies aligned with business priorities. Advance our culture and build the capabilities needed to attract, retain, develop and engage high-performing, diverse talent. Business Acumen & Data Insights Use HR analytics, business insights and external market trends to identify opportunities and shape talent strategies. Connect people decisions to measurable business outcomes and organizational performance. Executive Consultation & Coaching Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on complex organizational and people matters, including talent development, succession, engagement, performance and employee relations. Change & Organizational Leadership Lead organizational design, development and culture initiatives that enable transformation and growth. Help leaders and teams successfully navigate change while reinforcing our 4i Values. One HR Team Collaboration Build strong partnerships across our global HR organization, bringing together HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, high-impact solutions. Execution & Continuous Improvement Lead HR priorities and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation. Balance competing priorities, coordinate resources and identify opportunities to simplify and continuously improve how we work. How you will get here Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. PHR/SPHR or other professional HR certification is desirable. Experience 8+ years of progressive, comprehensive HR experience within a global organization. Significant HR business partnering experience, including advising and coaching executive leadership. Demonstrated success leading business transformation, organizational change and talent initiatives. Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced, globally matrixed and diverse environment. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Practical Process Improvement is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategy to business priorities and outcomes. Broad expertise across talent management, performance, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and total rewards. Demonstrated success leading organizational design and change management initiatives. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Thorough understanding of U.S. labor and employment law; exposure to EMEA and APAC employment practices is preferred. Exceptional consulting, influencing, communication and presentation skills. Ability to build trusted relationships and influence effectively across all levels of a complex organization. Strong project and priority management skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution. High degree of judgment, discretion, confidentiality and emotional intelligence. Ability to travel internationally up to 25–30%, as needed.
