We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities.Visit us at www.accenture.com What would you do? • This position will be responsible for selecting and contracting the suppliers in support of spot buy transactions to ensure fair value on the purchase and savings to the client. • You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results • A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable. • It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close. What are we looking for? • • Graduation or Post-Graduation with 3-4 years of prior procurement experience • • Good communication and presentation skills. • • Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Ariba Roles and Responsibilities: • • Meet service levels as agreed with the client on TAT & Accuracy • • Ensure quality of the process is upheld at all times • • Propose process improvement ideas and lead improvement project till closure • • Understanding of Operational Excellence practices and driving the behavior on the floor is required • • Ensure SLAs pertaining to TAT and Quality are maintained as per agreed service levels • • Ensure productivity of the team is achieved on a consistent basis • • Ensure all issues and escalations are tracked, monitored & reported as per the frequent intervals set Any Graduation About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
