Introduction to the jobThe CSCM Regional Operations - Logistics Management team is responsible for ensuring reliable, scalable, and cost-effective logistics operations across Taiwan service warehouses. The team works closely with customer support, global logistics, local warehouses and third-party logistics providers to safeguard material availability and customer uptime. This Project Lead position is required to maintain operational continuity while strengthening logistics execution, supplier governance, continuous improvement capability, automation and end-to-end visibility. Role and responsibilitiesLead day-to-day logistics operations improvement and cross-functional project execution. The mission is to upgrade daily operations, solve recurring operational pain points, improve vendor performance, and drive measurable improvements in delivery reliability, warehouse and transport efficiency, cost control, and stakeholder awareness. 1. Lead logistics operations projects from problem definition, stakeholder alignment, planning, execution, and hyper care until benefits are realized. 2. Manage operational performance topics across warehousing, transportation, last mile delivery, shipment execution, claims, escalation handling, and supplier follow-up. 3. Work with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to identify root causes, remove bottlenecks, and ensure corrective actions are completed. 4. Translate business needs into practical operational improvements, clear work instructions, dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and governance routines. 5. Prepare project status updates, risk logs, issue trackers, performance reviews, and management-level summaries. 6. Support supplier governance through KPI review, follow-up actions, structured escalation, and continuous improvement workshops. 7. Partner with local and global teams to improve shipment visibility, delivery reliability, warehouse capacity usage, cost efficiency, and process standardization. 8. Automate the use of data to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and recommend operational decisions. 9. Build strong working relationships with customer support, procurement, planning, logistics execution teams, and external suppliers. 10. Act as a hands-on problem solver who can work through operational details while keeping the bigger business impact visible. Education and experienceBachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain operations, planning, warehousing, transportation, third-party logistics management, or operational project management. • Proven experience managing operational issues, supplier performance, cross-functional projects, and stakeholder expectations. • Advance user of Excel and Power BI for operational tracking, performance analysis, and management reporting • Strong understanding of logistics execution, warehouse operations, transport planning, delivery performance, and escalation management. • Experience in systems integration and system developments including AI enablement. • Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, spare parts logistics, or time-critical supply chain environments is a plus. • Project management, Lean, Six Sigma, or supply chain certification is preferred but not mandatory. Skills• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to resolve operational issues hands-on. • Logical problem solver who can separate symptoms from root causes. • Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex operational topics in plain language. • Structured working style: able to create plans, trackers, follow-up routines, and clear accountability. • Comfortable working under pressure when customer impact or shipment urgency is high. • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external suppliers. • Data-oriented mindset, with curiosity to improve operations through visibility and performance facts. • Able to challenge the status quo respectfully and propose practical improvements. Other informationThe preferred candidate should be strong in logistics operations and able to combine hands-on execution with structured project leadership including systems enablement. Success in this role will be measured by operational stability, timely issue resolution, stakeholder trust, supplier follow-up quality, measurable process improvements, and the ability to turn daily operational pain points into sustainable improvements.
