About this Position You will be acting as the Tech Recruitment Partner in the Human Resources Team gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employer reputation within a dynamic and collaborative environment. What you´ll do Partner with Technical hiring managers to determine requirement hiring needs Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle (phone & video screening, interviewing, selecting candidates) Prepare job ads for open positions and posted jobs on our corporate website & all recruitment channels and ensure all candidates' applications are maintained properly on the system while providing feedback in a timely manner Search for potential candidates on internal & external databases and screened resumes based on the role profile, Market candidate research for potential positions Handles and support in the tech employee branding activities for the GBS+ Cairo (Example; Employment fairs, Job Shadowing days, University Sessions…) Support in handling the exit interviews and documentation, Prepares quarterly exit analysis
