The Service Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution and coordination of day-to-day service administration. The role supports service quotations, contracts, service orders, billing, service calls, Field Service scheduling, preventive maintenance, parts, warranty and repair activities, documentation, and service data in SAP and SFDC according to approved procedures. This position reports to the Service Manager, Korea and is part of the Service Team in Leica Microsystems Korea located in Seoul, Korea and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Own end-to-end service operations by coordinating customer requests, service delivery activities, and field service resources to ensure timely and effective customer support. • Manage service quotations, contracts, orders, and billing activities in SAP and SFDC to support revenue realization and operational efficiency. • Provide operational and administrative support to the Service Manager and Field Service Engineers while ensuring data integrity, compliance, KPI reporting, and continuous process improvement. The essential requirements of the job include: • Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience, with the ability to support service operations and administrative processes effectively. • Experience in service administration, customer support, order management, or related operational functions, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills, with fluency in Korean, working-level English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Experience with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), or similar ERP/CRM systems, including support for quotations, contracts, orders, billing, and service administration processes. • Ability to effectively coordinate with customers, Field Service Engineers, and cross-functional teams, preferably within aftersales service, medical devices, life science instruments, or healthcare equipment environments. • Experience supporting parts, logistics, warranty, or repair administration, with a continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to learn new systems and service processes.
