Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for a Systems Engineer for Evaluation Versions & Collaborations role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel. Purpose: As a Systems Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority within the project team, working alongside the Systems Engineering Manager and Project Manager on technical issues and decisions. You will collaborate with diverse functions, including Physicians, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams. Responsibilities: Characterize and analyze system requirements, and provide systemic solutions for their implementation. Define and maintain secondary specifications and system requirements in alignment with product requirements. Lead technical discussions within multidisciplinary teams to identify efficient solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Integrate system components across the product lifecycle, including customer implementation, risk management, error budget analysis, and troubleshooting. Take technical responsibility for system and engineering design and its execution. Lead the system validation and verification program, including the execution of Proof of Design (POD) tests. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering). Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – an advantage. At least 3 years of hands-on R&D experience in Software, Algorithms, or Real-Time systems. At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer for a multidisciplinary product; experience in a medical or healthcare company is an advantage. Experience working cross-functionally with Software, Hardware, Marketing, Clinical, QA, RA, and Customers as part of product development. Experience defining, validating, and verifying product requirements and specifications. Strong knowledge and experience in signal processing systems and applications. Proven leadership capabilities and experience in a leading role. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
