The Maintenance Technician supports manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment, machinery, and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role plays a key part in maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and support systems Troubleshoot equipment faults and technical issues to minimize production downtime Support equipment setup, changeovers, repairs, and maintenance activities Conduct routine equipment inspections and document findings in line with GMP requirements Escalate technical, safety, and quality issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance procedures (e.g. GMP, SOPs) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) Support equipment qualification, validation activities, and audits as required Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions Qualification/Requirement: Minimum Level 6 qualification (120 credits) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline (essential requirement) Proven hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience working with automated or high-volume manufacturing equipment (robotics, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, vision systems) Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced production setting Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
