Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of One Thermo Fisher initiatives and corporate marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Collaborate with business divisions, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to promote the One Thermo Fisher Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and support cross-divisional marketing programs. Manage and maintain ThermoFisher.com.tw, including content updates, coordination with internal stakeholders, website optimization, and ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate brand guidelines. Execute and coordinate digital marketing and promotional activities, including digital campaigns, eDM, web content, social media, and other online communication channels. Support corporate communications and marketing operations, including development and coordination of marketing materials, internal and external communications, and corporate brand-related activities. Coordinate and execute corporate events and One Thermo Fisher activities, working with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective and timely delivery. Support APJ corporate marketing projects and regional initiatives, collaborating with regional teams and local stakeholders to ensure successful local implementation. Coordinate with divisions to collect and consolidate marketing content, business information, and campaign requirements to support integrated and cross-divisional marketing activities. Track and report marketing activities and campaign performance, and provide basic analysis and insights to support continuous improvement and marketing effectiveness. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing materials, digital activities, events, and other marketing projects, including quotation, production, timeline, and delivery management. Ensure marketing activities and communications are consistent with Thermo Fisher Scientific brand guidelines, corporate standards, and compliance requirements. Stay current with digital marketing practices, customer engagement trends, and relevant industry developments to identify opportunities to improve marketing execution. Required Qualifications3–5 years of experience in marketing, corporate marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in executing integrated marketing activities across online and offline channels. Experience with website content management, digital marketing campaigns, eDM, social media, or other digital communication platforms. Strong project coordination and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business divisions, commercial teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and regional teams. Good analytical skills with the ability to track marketing performance, consolidate data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, events, or marketing production is preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with digital marketing, web content management, or marketing automation tools is preferreOther Skills and Abilities Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
