Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Sales Support Manager __ Do you want to help shape the electrical solutions powering tomorrow's energy transition? We are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist - Electrical Systems - to join our Technical Advisory team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer dialogue, commercial insight and innovative problem solving. In this role, you will be a technical advisor at the centre of the sales process, helping customers identify the best electrical solutions while working closely with ABB's experts, suppliers and project teams. As part of our team, you will: Design and develop technical solutions and proposals for complex electrical system projects Support the sales organization with technical expertise and customer-facing activities Prepare cost estimates, pricing calculations and bid documentation Work closely with engineering and execution teams to ensure solutions meet both customer requirements and ABB standards Engage with customers and partners to understand project needs and recommend the optimal technical approach Take lead on continuation- and development of supplier relations through factory and site visits, design meetings and input to R&D Contribute to projects across industries such as offshore wind, hydrogen, hydropower, renewables and process industries Who we're looking for We believe you'll succeed in this role if you're technically curious, customer-oriented and motivated by finding smart solutions. You may have: A Bachelor's, Master's or Technical College degree within Electrical Power, Renewable Energy or a related field Relevant practical experience within electrical systems, even if your educational background differs Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers Experience in one or more of the following areas is considered a strong advantage: Experience with high-voltage electrical equipment, including Air- and Gas-Insulated Switchgear solutions Electrical project deliveries, either from a sales or project execution perspective Interest in Energy security, Offshore wind or Power-to-X projects Why ABB?
