This position reports to: Warehouse Internal Logistics Supervisor __ Warehouse & Internal Logistics Operator Location: Bartlesville, Oklahoma Work Model: Onsite Division: Automation, Measurement & Analytics About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse & Internal Logistics Operator to support the flow of materials throughout our Bartlesville manufacturing operation. In this role, you will receive, organize, store, pick, and move materials and products while ensuring the right materials are available to support production and customer deliveries. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Your Responsibilities Receive, sort, label, and organize materials, components, and products for proper storage and easy retrieval. Pick and deliver materials and components to production based on manufacturing requirements and established processes. Move raw materials, work-in-process, finished products, boxes, and other materials safely throughout the facility. Prepare finished products for shipment, including packing and palletizing according to established requirements. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials are stored, identified, and handled according to company procedures. Operate warehouse and material-handling equipment safely and follow established processes for material movement and storage. Identify and communicate material shortages, inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or other issues that could impact production or customer delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting team goals for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse, material handling, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred. Experience with SAP or other warehouse/inventory management systems. Ability to safely handle and move materials and operate basic material-handling equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify, organize, and track materials.
