Job Description You will work with great people from marketing, operations, supplier management, and finance to create the most efficient supply chain for the INSBU product family. You will work with a cross functional Supply Chain as part of the OPT, which is made up of Global Manufacturing Operations, Global Planning and Product Operations. This role will be responsible for the highest revenue Product Family: N9300 and N9300SS , as a Global Fulfillment lead. This will require you to work cross functionally with your Regional Operations counterparts that spans across five different global fulfillment centers. Our team works with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) in, Regional Operations, Marketing, GSM and Finance teams to create a best-in class fulfillment supply chain. You'll use your ability to influence, both inside and outside Cisco, to make sure we implement our strategy. Your top materials planning, and fulfillment skills are used daily so that Cisco has a competitive advantage, and our customers love our products. Help establish an effective materials pipeline and drives product lead time achievement reflecting global demand, service expectations, customer priorities, costs and constraints. Collaborate with Regional teams to drive build plan and priorities according to the business and customer needs. With main focus on fulfillment metrics (OTS, LTA, LAS, LTI, Aging backlog, etc) Primary point of contact for the BU, Regional S&OP, and Sales organizations regarding order issues/allocation, Material and site allocation. Drive with Regional OPS team to improve build on a weekly basis and reduce RISO. Support Product Ops in DF readiness throughout life cycle of the products – NPI, sustaining, through EOL. Support inventory commits and optimization, E&O projections/scrap disposition, freight mode shift/cost/tracking, Assists with key SP-level control points for E&O forecasting and reporting, inventory driven cost, scrap decisions. Across the UABU space, orchestrates the CORE Dx Metrics: Aged Backlog, DF OTD, Mutliple Recommits, LAS, LTA and LTI. Assists Product Supply Chain Planning team with updates in OPT on the CORE Dx metrics and is able to summarize the key constraints impacting these metrics. Critical in managing the company targets of Build Target attainment to meet Revenue plans. Work with respective factory teams to highlight any gaps in material or fulfillment impacting our team's ability to meet the plan. Minimum Qualifications Five or more years of experience in a Supply Chain Environment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Outstanding Collaborator & Team building skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills to effectively harmonize with internal and external partners.
