Administrative Assistant This is an exciting opportunity to join North America Commercial team reporting directly to the Head of Sales, North America for FMC Agricultural Solutions. This position is highly visible and communicates with contacts at all levels in the organization. The successful candidate will perform a full range of complex administrative and office duties of a responsible and confidential nature. Responsibilities: Provides high level administrative support for NA Commercial Leadership Team. Responsible for the complete planning of complex executive meetings and both on and off-site events involving coordination with other companies and North America Executive Assistant. Arrange domestic and international travel for Head of US Sales and international travel for NA Commercial Leadership Team. Responsible for the administration and preparation of expenses, invoices, purchase orders, check requests, and other documentation. Prepares communication emails for BU-wide distribution. Drafts presentation materials, letters, documents, and emails for directors. Support administrative activities for onboarding and offboarding activities. Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares background documents and organizes outgoing mail as necessary. Contacts and arranges communications effectively with internal/external stakeholders (business, teams, consultants, and target companies). Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner. Reports and analyzes data related to procurement activities utilizing procurement systems. Manages complex and confidential records, including SharePoint sites and distribution lists. Assists other personnel in resolving concerns, issues, needs (as appropriate). Works successfully with domestic and international teams. Order office supplies as needed. Required Education: 5+ years prior experience required supporting senior level management. A certification program, associates or college degree is a plus. Advanced training in MS applications including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other applications. Experience in SAP platforms is desirable Qualifications: Expertise in MS programs- Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other applications. Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. Follows through all projects until final delivery. Works well in a team environment and takes projects from multiple staff members. Possesses strong customer service disposition and the ability to deal with numerous departments and a candidate with strong attention to detail. Demonstrates ability to learn the key FMC business processes to ensure vendors are paid in a timely fashion. Flexibility to work early morning or later hours as needed.
