In this role, you will be the ultimate functional authority. We need a front runner who can bridge our cutting-edge customer experience strategies and ERP backend architecture. Joining our SAP Application Management (AMS) department, you will be the core anchor driving strategic projects, and ensuring our end-to-end commercial landscape runs at full throttle. What the job is… In this unique position, you will split your expertise across two core pillars: acting as the primary internal owner for our CRM platform (SAP Sales & Service Cloud / C4C) and serving as an active functional expert within our SAP AMS team for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution). The CRM Pillar: You will maintain, configure, and develop our CRM system to optimize our customer lifecycle. For heavier technical tasks and deep development, you will have the backing of our external implementation & support partners. The SAP SD Pillar: You will be an active member of our SAP AMS team, managing projects within the SD area and configuring changes. Your primary mission here is to safeguard our core backend systems so that daily order intake remains completely undisturbed. The Digital Bridge: Simultaneously, you will be working in close alignment with our digital team to support our B2B Satair Market portal when it comes to backend synchronisation. Your main responsibilities include: CRM Management (SAP CX Sales & Service Cloud) Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, configuration, and functional evolution of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to deliver enhancements and support. Gathering, analyzing, and documenting front-end business requirements and mapping them cleanly to standard SAP CRM functionalities. Configuring sales processes (including lead/opportunity lifecycle, pipeline management, quotations, activities). Configuring service processes (including Supplier discrepancies and Customer Claims handling, escalation paths, and omnichannel integration). Steering our external partner on advanced customizations, acting as their primary internal counterpart for heavy development deliverables. Staying current on the SAP roadmap and best practices to act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions align with our customer experience (CX) goals. SAP SD Architecture & AMS Project Management Designing, customizing, and implementing functional SAP SD process solutions, including the preparation of blueprints, configuration rules, and technical documentation. Managing functional projects and enhancement tracks within the SD space, including taking direct project management ownership and supporting wider ARD application maps. Building and maintaining backend changes with a strong focus on risk mitigation to guarantee our business-critical order intake processes run smoothly. Partnering tightly with the internal Digital department to align configuration flows and secure flawless data exchange for the Satair Market portal. Executing functional unit testing and system validation for newly built configurations prior to standard release cycles, and supporting business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Who you are This role is defined by your mindset and professional discipline. We are looking for a teammate who is: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical/commercial field. Professional Foundation: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on functional experience across SAP ecosystems, featuring a clear operational split between CRM platforms and core ERP logistics. CRM Expertise: 3+ years of direct experience configuring SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C), including system lifecycles, account management, ticket handling, and standard migration toolkits (Data Workbench). SAP SD Expertise: Proven functional and technical proficiency executing end-to-end configurations, process design, and blueprinting inside the SAP SD module (Pricing, Billing, Order Processing, Partner Determination). S/4HANA transformation experience is a strong asset. Project Delivery: Demonstrated ability to independently drive smaller to mid-sized IT projects or specific operational phases from blueprinting through test validation to go-live. Languages: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English. Key Competencies: Analytical Problem-Solving: A process-oriented mindset capable of isolating data synchronization anomalies and securing business continuity. Consultative Approach: Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge business requirements, lead workshops, and align needs with best-practice SAP standard processes. Autonomy & Teamwork: A self-motivated individual who thrives when working independently within the AMS team while maintaining tight, proactive alignments with cross-functional digital teams.
