Job description

As a ISC Jr Supervisor at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate a team to achieve operational excellence and deliver high-quality results within the Building Automation sector. You will play a key role in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will report directly to the management team and work on-site at our Juarez, Chihuahua location. In this role, you will contribute to the success of Honeywell by leading your team to achieve production and project goals, improve processes, and support the growth and innovation of the Building Management Systems (BMS) business.
