Join us and, together, we’ll advance your career. THE ROLE: The focus of this role is to plan, build, and execute the conection of signal/PG to die bumps in RDL layers. THE PERSON: You have a passion for modern, complex processor digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers located in different sites/ timezones . You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work on RDL implementation with global hard IP team/package team/physical design team for large scale ASIC chip. Focus on RDL routing implementation including signal/power/ground RDL. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Knowledge on RDL implementation is a must. Familiar with general IC design flow, familiar with digital physical design flow and EDA tool (Synopsys and Mentor) is preferred. Knowledge of SOC ESD protection and ESD perc check is preferred. Experience or knowledge on 3DIC package is preferred. Ability of utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency is needed. Background on foundary PDK or analog layout design can also be candidates. Good communication skills, proactive and teamwork. Good spoken and written English.
