Opportunities Available​As a Market Development Intern at Stryker, you will:Conduct market and competitive research related to medical device service offerings. Analyze customer, installed-base, and service data to identify growth opportunities. Support development of market assessments, business cases, and go-to-market recommendations. Research customer needs, industry trends, and emerging service models. Assist with projects focused on service contracts, preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and other lifecycle solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, and Product teams on market development initiatives. Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for business stakeholders. What You Need​​Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Interest in healthcare, medical devices, and/or service-based business models. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment. $20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location Travel Percentage: None Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
