Assist HSE manager for the improvement of safety performance within ALM and SIG to foster and sustain safety culture. This includes reporting and analysing on events to assess and effectively closing the loop on identified risks. Also responsible for implementing the Industrial Management System (IMS) and Security Management and any other task that falls under HSE scope. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Site Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Act as the registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with a valid Green Book to ensure strict compliance with local OSH regulations, company standards, and statutory reporting requirements across operational sites. Risk Management & Workplace Inspections: Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and environmental risk mitigations for machinery operation, chemical handling, and site processes. Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into workplace incidents, near-misses, and operational issues using 5-Why methodology to identify root causes and implement preventive measures. HSE Training & Committee Leadership: Plan and deliver internal safety training programs and serve as the Secretary for the Safety and Health Committee to drive continuous OSH awareness. Emergency Preparedness & Security Support: Maintain site emergency response plans, coordinate safety drills, conduct security audits, and enforce company security policies. HSE Data Management & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and maintain site HSE statistics, incident records, and compliance documentation for monthly management reviews and audits. Are you a MATCH? Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience within a manufacturing environment. Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) holding a valid DOSH Green Book. Experienced in delivering internal HSE training programs, with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification considered an added advantage. In-depth knowledge of local safety, health, and environmental legal compliance, regulations, and statutory standards. Strong communication skills with a track record of effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders. **We thank you for your interest in Air Liquide.
