At Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, our work helps transform human health. You’ll thrive in a culture where your perspective matters and continuous improvement helps turn ideas into meaningful impact for our customers and their patients. Building on Pall Medical’s legacy in filtration, our Medical portfolio serves medical device manufacturers and hospitals with filtration and membrane solutions that support medical device performance, contamination control, and patient care. The Sales Specialist – Medical Filtration is responsible for growing assigned customer and distributor accounts across these two key segments. What you will do: Manage and grow relationships with medical device manufacturers, hospitals, and distributors, delivering agreed sales targets and account plans. Develop new business opportunities across medical filtration, including OEM applications where filtration components are integrated into customers’ medical devices. Engage manufacturers’ technical, product development, and procurement teams, collaborating with Cytiva specialists to support product selection, evaluation, and design-in activities. Work with hospital stakeholders, including clinical teams, infection prevention specialists, and procurement, to understand their needs and communicate the value of relevant filtration solutions. Support distributor performance through joint customer visits, product training, opportunity reviews, and coordinated sales activities. Manage the sales pipeline, quotations, forecasts, and CRM records, while sharing market insights and ensuring compliance with Cytiva policies. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific or technical field. Several years of experience in sales or account management within medical devices, hospital solutions, or medical filtration. Experience managing customer and/or distributor relationships, with an understanding of hospital purchasing processes and/or medical device manufacturers’ technical and commercial requirements. Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer value and collaborate with specialists on solution selection and evaluation. Strong account planning, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience working across cross-functional or matrix organizations. Fluent in English and Arabic. It would be a plus if you also have: Experience with filtration technologies, membranes, infusion therapy, respiratory care, or hospital water filtration. Exposure to OEM sales, medical device development, or technical design-in projects. Join us and help build on Pall Medical’s filtration legacy—supporting medical device innovation and helping hospitals deliver better patient care. Join our winning team today. Together, we’ll accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow’s science and technology. We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges, architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life.
