Job description

You will supervise daily production activities at our Pakistan manufacturing site, focusing on dispensing and manufacturing operations. You will be involved in production operations to meet schedules while keeping quality, safety and compliance central to every decision. You will work closely with planning, engineering, quality and EHS colleagues to solve problems and improve processes. Responsibilities Supervise dispensing and production operations to meet daily schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Coach and develop production technicians, including training on standard operating procedures and batch record management. Maintain accurate production records, perform in-process checks and complete system postings such as SAP. Coordinate with engineering for preventive and corrective maintenance and lead resolution of equipment issues. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), site quality systems and EHS requirements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise efficiency, equipment reliability and product quality. Education, Experience and Skills Degree in Pharm-D, Bachelor in Science or equivalent relevant qualification. 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, dispensing or packaging operations. Practical experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment. Experience with production documentation, batch records and inventory transactions. Familiarity with SAP or similar manufacturing systems and basic MS Office skills. Understanding of EHS (environment, health and safety) principles and safe working practices. Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a production environment. Experience with tablet, capsule, manufacturing operations. Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset (e.g., Lean or Kaizen). Working knowledge of quality systems such as QMS and deviation/incident handling. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Comfortable working on-site full time at the manufacturing facility.
