Main responsibilities: Participate in the end-to-end coordination of the NextGen Scholars Programme, including programme guidelines, scholar selection processes, onboarding, mentorship, internship placements, and ongoing engagement Collaborate with university partners, Sanofi mentors, scholars, alumni, and internal teams to ensure effective programme delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across markets Contribute to the development and engagement of the NextGen Scholar Alumni Community by supporting networking opportunities, alumni activities, career tracking, and connections between alumni, current scholars, and SanofiC Support us in tracking programme performance, scholar and alumni progress, and impact metrics, as well as preparing regular reports and updates for leadership Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and improve the experience of scholars and alumni, while supporting scholar and alumni events and networking opportunities Take part in cross-functional coordination across A Million Conversations, including supporting Steering Committee activities, stakeholder communications, and operational excellence across AMC workstreams About you Soft and technical skills: adaptability, organisation, communication skills. Cultural competency and a genuine commitment to inclusion and health equity principles. Interest in working with academic institutions, external partnerships, or community organizations. Principales responsabilités : Participer à la coordination du programme NextGen Scholars en participant à la sélection, intégration, mentorat et suivi des participants Collaborer avec les universités partenaires, les mentors Sanofi, les étudiants, les alumni et les équipes internes pour assurer le bon déploiement du programme à l’international Contribuer à l’animation de la communauté des NextGen Scholar Alumni et au développement d’opportunités de networking et de développement professionnel Suivre les performances du programme, l’évolution des participants et les indicateurs d’impact, et contribuer à la préparation de rapports pour la direction Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour optimiser les processus et l’expérience des étudiants et alumnis Participer à la coordination transversale du programme A Million Conversations, notamment sur les activités du comité de pilotage, les communications et le suivi opérationnel À propos de toi Compétences techniques et relationnelles : adaptabilité, organisation, communication. Intérêt pour le travail avec des établissements universitaires, des partenaires externes ou des organisations communautaires.
