This position reports to: EL Commercial Operations Manager __ Your Role & Responsibilities As our Global Sales Communications Specialist, you will shape clear and engaging communications for our global sales organization, turning complex business, product and operational topics into messages that are easy to utilize and transform. You will develop communication plans and content for strategic updates, sales notifications, product changes, transformation initiatives and key business events, while ensuring consistency with ABB communication guidelines. In this position you will be working with stakeholders across the whole organization, from our Global Sales Organization, Global R&D, Communications and Legal department. Key is to keep a consistent communications approach across the whole organization. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite with 8 home office days a month Develop a clear and engaging strategic messaging through our Sales book for our global sales organization which can be utilized across various channels Keep a solid structure in the sales communication landscape with documentation, transparency and regular messaging towards the organization Ensure consistent stakeholder management across all key functions influencing the communication material such as R&D, Legal and Marketing & Communications Support external and customer-facing communications, event and business updates in line with ABB’s guideline and overall communications plans Our team dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. What it takes to Run what runs the world 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales communication or position to drive sales performance Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field Comfortable working in a technical environment, within sales for an industrial or machine automation-oriented organization Proven experience in communications, copywriting and creating compelling presentations, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear messages. Experience in driving communications plans and campaigns, ideally in an international environment with global stakeholders across multiple countries Structured and well organized, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage several topics in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working independently with senior stakeholders across the whole organization Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3 888,53 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026.
